The Artelier stands out for being a genderless, boundary-less, and timeless brand that is committed to using predominantly ecological and sustainable fabrics. Their inks for prints are oeko-tex certified, and all production is done in an artisanal manner in Barcelona. Is a brand at the intersection of art and fashion.

"Retiens la nuit" (which means "Hold the Night") comes from French, and it reminds Alba (the creator of the brand) of a song her uncle used to sing to her when she turned 18. This has been her second collection presented at the 080 Barcelona.

It's a collection where The Artelier explored different techniques of textil printing. It's a genderless, timeless collection without boundaries that speaks about time and how it affects us.

In 'Retiens la nuit,' we explored diverse concepts that depict the passage of time in the form of unraveling, dissolution & ephemerality.

I had the pleasure of creating illustrations for the collection, exploring the theme of the passage of time and dissolution. 💦💦 I also designed the heart logo and also modeled it in 3D to use it on the fashion show projection. 💙 These illustrations were further incorporated into the clothing designs and transformed into fantastic stickers.

The collection was presented on the opening day of the 31st edition of the 080 Barcelona Fashion at the modernist venue of Sant Pau. This event was covered by various media outlets, such as Elle, Vein, Linkiesta, L’Officiel, BCN Fashion, Herdes, and Fucking Young!

Avant is the first collection presented by the brand at the 080 Barcelona Fashion Week. It is a tribute to her family, particularly her French grandmother. Around a large table, prints, knitted pieces, and transparent 'bodies' with 3D printed flowers engage in a dialogue, where these garments become stories and memories transforms into fashion.
