Muttura

Muttura is a contemporary musician specializing in the ambient genre. "El Umbral No Es Oscuro" is an album that pays tribute to the works of the artist Lucio Fontana. It is a sonic reflection on the concept of threshold, his theories within the "spazialista" artistic movement, and the creative possibilities of crossing his cuts on the canvas.

I had the pleasure of creating the illustration and design for the cover on digital platforms, as well as the layout and proposal for the physical edition on cassette, edited by "Edita la Servidumbre". I produced a large number of sketches, exploring various approaches to the artist's work, until we finally settled on the final concept. In this artwork, we see Lucio venturing into a new astral plane through one of his cuts made on the canvas.

In addition to creating the graphic material for the edition, I also collaborated on the composition and production of the single and track from the album, "Ambiente Spaziale," where we transformed one of Lucio's artworks into music.

We composed the song by taking a journey through a Sigil created by adapting Lucio Fontana's neon piece.
